Use of the MemSignal site, access to signed-in quote data, and the status of anything we publish.
Accounts
Registered-buyer access requires a valid company work email. You are responsible for activity under your account. There is no self-service deletion: ask us via the contact page and we will close the account and delete the enquiries tied to it.
Status of published data
Quotes are supplier-reported indications. Binding terms exist only in a written quotation issued by us. Cross-reference to the disclaimer.
Acceptable use
No scraping that degrades the service, no republication of our compiled datasets without attribution, no use of quote data as a price benchmark without the as-of date. Repeated failed sign-ins are blocked temporarily and automatically.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend access that degrades the service for others. If you believe a suspension was wrong, ask us via the contact page and a person will review it.
