Who we are

What we collect
Account data you give us (name, company, work email, role, country, parts of interest) and RFQ details you submit. We do not ask for anything a procurement enquiry does not need.
Lawful basis
Contract and legitimate interest for enquiry handling; consent for marketing email.
Who we share with
Suppliers you ask us to approach, and our hosting and email providers. We do not sell personal data. Our processors are limited to: Cloudflare (DNS and content delivery); Alibaba Cloud Enterprise Mail (outbound SMTP); YouTube via a click-to-load embed — nothing from YouTube loads until you press play; and a team messaging service that notifies our staff of new enquiries. We send that service only what a visitor types into the enquiry form, so the right person can pick it up; the recipients are our own staff. We have not audited its retention terms. We run no third-party analytics, no advertising integrations and no consent-management platform.
Transfers
MemSignal is operated by a company based in China, and enquiry data is hosted in Alibaba Cloud’s us-west-1 region (United States). If you submit the enquiry form, the details you type are also carried by the team messaging service named above. Where we receive personal data from an EEA or UK visitor, we transfer and use it only to the extent necessary to respond to your enquiry, and we do not sell or otherwise transfer it beyond the processors listed above.
Retention
Enquiry records (what you type into our forms, plus the hashed origin address and user agent we attach to them) are kept for no longer than 24 months from the date an enquiry is received.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, and complaint to a supervisory authority. Send requests to webmaster@memsignal.com. We aim to reply within 24 hours.
Security
Access to the site is rate-limited, and two-factor authentication is available for administrator accounts. We apply technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk of the limited data we process.
