What this document is, and why it is published here

The part number is printed two ways in the same document

The cover gives a template – MWE3XXXCH7AQ – and every page header names the series “CH7AQ Series”, but the two tables that list individual codes (Table 1-1 and Table 1-2) print the shorter MWE3032CH7, without the AQ suffix, for all eight codes. The document contains no ordering-code rule that would settle which is complete. This page uses the full form MWE3032CH7AQ because the cover template, the series name and the copy as delivered all carry it; the short form is recorded here so a reader searching the tables is not misled. If the manufacturer states which is the ordering code, this page and its URL follow that.

Grade, endurance, and what the document does not claim

The document states the operating range -40°C to +85°C for this variant and gives no qualification or certification statement of any kind – no standard reference, no grade designation beyond the temperature line, and no lifecycle position. On endurance it prints 3,000 cycles per block as a nominal value under specified conditions and expressly declines to warrant that number, so this page reports it as a nominal figure and not as a rating. The appendix prints CHINA as origin and a marking scheme whose control-code fields are not defined in the document, so country of origin and marking are left uncompiled here.

No manufacturer-hosted copy of this file was found, so no datasheet link is published. The register arithmetic (SEC_COUNT to bytes to MiB, and the enhanced-area product) is MemSignal’s recomputation of constants the document prints, not a second source.

Who makes it

Metorage is the brand of 深圳星火半导体科技有限公司, which its own company profile states was founded in January 2019 in Shenzhen and researches and manufactures industrial-grade eMMC, SD, microSD and SSD storage products; the same profile reports it joined the SD Association in May 2019 and holds the SDA South China chair. The company’s product index lists the MIE3 and MWE3 families that this document’s ordering table enumerates.
